“ I came here in my early 20’s. The quality of food and service has not changed. To the smiling kind face when you walk in the door, the family photos, the amazing fresh baked bread. I highly recommend coming here. I could not say more great things about this treasure. ”
“ Arrived to an empty cafe with music coming from the kitchen. The staff were having a nice sing along and we surprised them with a "hello"! It's filled with kitschy Chinese/canadian deco. Nice water feature tinkling in the background. We had our pick of tables after ordering and paying at the counter. The food was a nice size portions with fresh looking ingredients. The whole grain toast was house made and very tasty. Overall, a nice quiet breakfast spot, I think most of the business is lunch, so it wasn't noisy like some breakfast places are. Prices are reasonable. I recommend you give it a try.... it survived the pandemic so it must be good! ”

“ No frills brekkie but my husband and I were so relaxed and the food was great! Hubby rarely comments on food but he loved his pancake- so did the stranger that passed by and agreed with him! I’m so happy they allowed dogs in the patio as our senior pup likes to be out and about with us. Staff was very welcoming and they didn’t ask us ten times if everything was great- they understood that we liked our space and privacy. Would definitely visit again. ”
